Following the first day of the lecture, we are hosting a special dinner to honor Herbert Rubin '42 and Justice Rose Luttan Rubin '42. The dinner will take place on Friday, December 4th at 6:00 p.m. *Access to this event is by invitation only.*
The symposium (on Friday and Saturday) will provide a forum for an inter-disciplinary academic
discussion of the phenomenon of the privatization of development
assistance. The objectives are to generate scholarly analysis that will
map the dimensions of the phenomenon and shed light on the associated
policy questions.
