Please join us for the Sixteenth Annual Herbert Rubin and Justice Rose Luttan Rubin International Law Symposium in conjunction with the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics and the Environmental Law Journal . This year's topic will be “On Thin Ice: International Law and Environmental Protection in a Melting Arctic," and the Symposium will address the numerous topics at the forefront of this very timely international discussion.
